I hate being tech challenged. I want to respond to individual posts but I guess they are all linked together. RE: Unfriend You (Studio Version) 1. Too much studio, not enough of Greyson's Band. The famous guitar licks near the end are almost gone. 2. Is my hearing messed up or does Greyson need to go back before the master is finished and enunciate "...so I WILL unfriend you? It sounds like he is saying IML. Even some of the lyric posters on you tube have it as IMA. I don't understand this because he has no problem singing the song live and the rest of the recording his voice is crystal clear. What's up with IMLL? Or is something wrong with my hearing? Haha, yeah I know forum discussion might be new for some people. I am using a free server b/c I am still a poor/unemployed college student, but if this is a success I might upgrade to a pay service in the future. All forums are kind of the same, you've just got trial and error. In order to respond directly to a post, you should click "quote" in the top right hand part of the person's post and then the reply box will pop up. The person whose comment you quoted will be surrounded by brackets that say "quote." Leave that part alone and just type anywhere else in the box. That totally makes sense in my head, but probably isn't that clear. As for your comment, I agree about missing the guitar. I don't know why they have such problems getting the guitar up in the mix in the live setting, but when they do it right it really makes the song! Also, I agree with your second point. I actually think that it is a problem that Greyson has had from the start. If you watch his first performance on Ellen (while he was understandably nervous, you can tell he has problems focusing on enunciating his words. Oh well, he is still great!

Hey everyone, I would have to say, my favorite song is actually Heart of Stone, but it seems he has only performed it for the opening of W4U. But otherwise, Summer Train definetly from the choices given. I think the entire arrangment was done perfectly. Under that, the new recording of Unfriend you. But of course, I love them all -Off topic I little, Has anyone else noticed that with the new studio recordings, Unfriend You and Summer Train, that it seems either Greyson, or the producers like bass, It almost drowns him out at one point. I actually really like "Heart Like Stone" a lot, but I am not sure if it would top "Summer Train." Might have to wait until I either see it myself or we get the studio version. One way or the other though, I think it is a solid second in my book. I hadn't really noticed the base, but I left my good headphones at a friend's so I've only been listening through my laptops puny speakers. I'll have to check it out once I get them back.

I gave you mine on a reply to your utube post, and they are... SUMMER TRAIN UNFRIEND YOU LIGHT UP THE DARK WOTL I posted that "blue screen" version on another blog site. (I'm a very active blogger on several Adult sites) and asked people to rate it. Everyone who responded rated Summer Train with 5 stars, and one older guy gave it 10 WOW's on the WOW factor. Truthfully, I myself have fallen in love with that song. It's on my Ipod and on my comp player too. I think it's his best song so far even though I don't know whether he wrote it or just performed it for the author. I think we need alot more info on this song and wish the studio would release these songs for public consumption, and for sale so they can earn $$$$$ when played.... Any thoughts from others on this?? Thanks for this forum, Meredith. Hope you get a few members to join.... TTYL....Jimbo No problem. I hope that this becomes useful to discuss. The fan sites do a pretty good job of keeping things up to date and honestly, they are much better at coming across stuff than I am. Now all we need to do is spread the word and hope that more people will join in. I am working on that. As for your list, I completely agree with everything you wrote. The order changes if we talk about live performances, but as far as studio versions go our lists would be identical. Also, from the feedback I have been getting (from both older and younger fans), "Summer Train" is a big hit. Maybe it has something to do with the "forbidden" nature of it being a leaked track, but I don't really think so.
