I woke up the next morning feeling well rested. The sun was shining through my curtains as I rolled over, feeling lazy about getting up, because my blankets were so warm and cosy. I didn't need to get up, because I had the day off. I knew Greyson was busy with the movie today, because he called me just before bed last night.
Eventually I did get out of bed, had breakfast, and took a shower. Then I left the house to go shopping.
Once I got to town, I drove to my favorite mall. It was so fun just peaking into all the little stores and admiring all the cute clothes.
I walked into an interesting store, and started looking at the variety of clothing and shoes. I snickered when I saw a section of the store that had tons of Justin Bieber merchandise. T-shirts, shoes, necklaces, bracelets, nail-polish, you name it! Greyson had never come to that, and I was glad. Of coarse he had some merchandise here and there in stores, like t-shirts, iPod cover cases, and posters. Fans seemed to respect Greyson as an artist, and not as some super famous person with his picture on everything and anything.
By the time it was lunch time, I had bought 3 bags full of clothes and other cool stuff. Feeling a bit hungry after all that shopping, I headed over to the food court. "Now, where should I go?" There was an Arby's, an A&W, a Chinese food place, a Mexican food place, and a pizza place. "Hmm...I'm thinkin' Arby's!" I walked up to till, and ordered a Beef and Cheddar Deluxe, with a coke. After waiting a moment, I payed and made my way with the tray over to one of the few tables that weren't occupied by people. Once I sat down, I unwrapped the the sandwich, and took a large bite into it. The beef and melted cheese tasted so good in my mouth. I was gonna take another bite, when my phone started buzzing. I set down my delicious, warm sandwich and swiped the phone out of my pocket. It was Greyson calling. I flipped it open and said, "Hey GreyGrey!" in a sweet, flirty kind of voice. I listened to his reply, "Hey JesJes! Just calling to let you know that I'm on my way home now."
"Oh, ok! Have a safe drive! Love you!"
"Ok, love you too! Bye!" I smiled as I shut my phone, and went back to my lunch.
Once I finished my lunch, I grabbed all my bags of clothes and made my way out of the mall. Walking through the parking lot, I found my car, through the bags in the back seat, and jumped into the driver's seat. I just realized that the sun had gone away, and dark grey clouds took it's place.
As I was driving out of town, it started spitting rain. Before I knew it, that small shower had turned into a giant storm. Windshield wipers swaying back and forth, I strained my eyes as I followed the road. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse, I heard a loud bang and I started swerving out of control. I immediately pulled over and got out of my car, and bent down to examine my tires. Just as I thought, I had popped a tire. "Shoot! I should have put that spare back in the trunk last weekend." I pulled out my phone and wiped off the raindrops that were landing on the screen. "Ugh, no service!" I hurried back into the car to get out of the howling wind and rain.
And then I sat there, watching the road for any sign of vehicles.
