So, I was poking around on the ASCAP's ACE database (www.ascap.com/ace/) this morning, just looking to see how behind the times it is with Greyson's songwriting credits, when I happened to click the link for "Paparazzi", and it came up with "Writers: Fusari Robert D and Germanotta Stefani" (Gaga's real name of course), "Performers: Stefani Germanotta, Greyson Chance, Lady Gaga, The Baseballs". The who??? (No, not The Who, if you kids are too young to remember them, ask your parents or grandparents! ) Anyway, fascinated to see who's also been covering Paparazzi, I fed "Paparazzi Baseballs" into YouTube and came up with a large selection of clips to view. It has to be said, they're different! They seem to specialise in Lady Gaga covers in a 1950s rock'n'roll style (quiffs and all...). I was a bit confused trying to find out where they come from, as there are performances all over Europe and they always seem to say "thank you" at the end of the performance in the local language ("kiitos!", "tusend takk!", "dank U"), but I eventually found an interview they did in English on Swedish TV where it seems their album went platinum (44,000 copies sold) and it turns out they're German (it didn't occur to me to look on Wikipedia, but they're on there too). If you fancy something a little different, take a look at them on YouTube.

The Baseballs are pretty big in Europe. It's absolutely great how they create a real rock 'n roll song out of popsongs. Great sound, great music and very fun to watch.

That's cool, something I find interesting on that bit from the database is that they listed both Stefani Germanotta, and Lady Gaga as performers of the Paparazzi, and even better is that Lady Gaga comes after Greyson Chance.
Somewhat on the same topic, not that I listen to their songs normally, but I enjoy The Vitamin String Quartet. They take modern music and right orchestra pieces for them. Example-
They have done newer music but this one is my favorite.
