Hey everyone!
You've all heard about it, but do you know what HTML is? And what the heck is UBBC?
HTML is used to format webpages and do things such as change the color or formatting of your text, embed videos in your posts, etc.
UBBC is what this forum uses to format text and images. It is a lot simpler and easier to understand then HTML.
Have you ever wondered how to make your text bold? Italicized? Underlined? [glow=red,2,300]Glow?[/glow] Add a [shadow=red,left,300]shadow?[/shadow]
NOTE-Glow and Shadow are only supported by Internet Explorer.

This is all done with basic UBBC code. All of these features are available at the click of a bottun on the Post Message page.
See the two rows of buttons in the "Add Tags" section in the post message screen? (NOT in Quick Reply!)
Simply highlight the text you want to modify, and click one of those buttons, that's it!
Or if you're up for it, type it in yourself,
Ready? Let's make some text bold.
First type in the following-
This is the start command, it tells the system when to start bolding.
Then after the "]" type in the message you want bold.
This is the information text, it tells the system what to bold.
Then after your message, type in-
This is the closing information, it tells the system when to stop bolding.
The finished result will be this-
This will be some bold text!
The entire code looks like this-
Video Embedding-
Want to share a YouTube video? Easy!
Type this in your post-
Advanced-
Want to embed HTML video? Or a video hosted by another media provider?
Click on the drop down box labled "Videos" under "Colors" in the post message screen, and select the option you want.
For HTML embedding-
Note about HTML : For security and copyright reasons, the host of this forum, ProBoards, has disabled the ability to support HTML in posts around the year 2006.
This is something that is simply impossible for me to over-ride as it is built into the forum and it would be il-legal to attempt to find a way around it.

aligning it right instead of left?
