I noticed in the ads for the special Asia edition that HOTTN is a certified Gold Record (Over 500,000 sales) . Does anybody know when HOTTN went gold? You would think there would be some publicity on this with a picture of Greyson being presented with the Gold Album.

Pretty sure it was certified Gold in the Philippines and Malaysia (or maybe it was Indonesia). Greyson tweeted about the two countries where it went Gold, but I can't remember exactly at the moment. I don't think it has reached Gold status here in the U.S., though I could be wrong. Different countries have different number of sales required to reach gold status and no country requires anywhere near a half a million in sales except for the U.S. --> en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_music_recording_certificationsEDIT: It was the Philippines and Indonesia.
