Okay, being the "eccentric" member of the forum, I come up with some crazy ideas sometimes. Perhaps this is the craziest one yet. I saw on an Atlanta News program that the Georgia Aquarium has a new 3 year old whale named Grayson. They have another whale named Beethoven. Since OUR Greyson is a composer, I think we should start a write-in campaign to get the Georgia Aquarium to change "Grayson's" name to GREYSON. www.georgiaaquarium.org/explore-the-aquarium/exhibits-and-galleries/cold-water-quest.aspxCold Water Quest Cold Water QuestFrom Oregon to Japan, from South Australia to South Africa, cold ocean waters teem with fish and marine mammals. Beneath the waves curious animals such as Australian weedy sea dragons, garibaldi damselfish and Japanese spider crabs hang among rocky ledges and kelp forests. Two juvenile beluga whales, Grayson and Qinu, join adult beluga whales, Maris and Beethoven, in the Georgia-Pacific Cold Water Quest gallery. The two whales, which were born at SeaWorld San Antonio, are smaller than Maris and Beethoven. Qinu (pronounced Kee-nu), a two-year-old female, and Grayson, a three-year-old male, are light gray in color, a trait seen in this species before they mature into adults. Everyone should email the aquarium suggesting that they could change the name and do a publicity tie-in with Greyson. You may need to explain to them exactly who Greyson Chance is, and that Greyson has 45 million views on YouTube. Here is the email address: media@georgiaaquarium.org

That's not crazy, that's cool! Let's combine my two favorite things: Greyson and marine life!

Haha, this sounds really fun! Do we have a deadline? No deadline since we are doing this on our own. But if their P.R. Department got a lot of letters suggesting that they contact greyson's management at Atom Factory or UMG, perhaps they will see the benifits of doing a cross promotion. Maybe Greyson could show up for a performance at the Aquarium for the re-naming ceremony. This would draw more people to the aquarium and would also showcase Greyson, so everybody wins. Now if we can just convince the "management" types. In any case, If they start getting a lot of letters from around the world, it could work. You never know.

I emailed the aquarium! Not quite sure if they'll see it, but it was worth a try. I did mention the forum, and this topic in the email. Maybe they'll stop by! This would be a great opportunity for Greyson and the aquarium!

I think it would be a great tie-in and promotional opportunity for Greyson and for the aquarium.
