Hey everyone, thanks to the amazing people in Greyson's Management team, I was able to attend last nights concert in Hyannis Cape Cod where Greyson opened for Miranda Cosgrove, so I thought I would share with you all some pictures I took as well as some videos. I only have videos of three songs (WOTL, Paparazzi, and HLS) because I thought the outcome would be just as bad as the last time I recorded at a concert, but to my surprise the recordings are pretty decent.
After arriving at the venue (The Cape Cod Melody Tent), I met Staci (Greyson's Tour Manager for this leg of the Dancing Crazy Tour) who gave me a stage pass laminate and walked me in.
This particular venue was a very small one, compared to what the rest of the tour is like, so needless to say, seating was a little chaotic. After watching Greyson perform two songs, an usher came and forced me, Staci, and Scott Chance (Greyson's father), who had both been standing with me, to leave because the spot we were standing was supposedly for another VIP.
How on earth someone can even think to force the father of the performer that is performing, never mind the performers manager, as well as a VIP to leave is beyond me. Staci then walked us over to another entrance where we remained for the rest of Greyson's set.
Now at this point I was in for quite a surprise, I had thought that of been it, which I was still ecstatic about for getting the chance to attend the concert, never mind have the honor of meeting Scott and Staci. However at that point Staci actually took me to meet Greyson, which frankly I wasn't prepared for!
Me, Greyson, Staci and my friend stood there talking for a while in Greyson's dressing room where he also signed my copy of HOTTN which I had brought with me, Staci also pulled out some mini posters and he had signed those as well.
I knew Greyson was genuinely a kind person, but actually meeting him, and his management team is just a whole other thing, they all all such nice people.
Again I would like to thank everyone at Greyson's management for allowing me to attend last night as well for everything they do for us.
