Got my copy of the "Greyson Chance Hold On 'Til The Night Special Asia Edition" today.
So I thought I'd post a little review.
The first thing I noticed, and something I think is great, is it comes in a RESEALABLE clear plastic envelope instead of the traditional plastic wrapper that must be destroyed to open the CD. This means that you can open it and remove the cardboard picture sleeve to get it signed and then reseal it in the plastic to preserve it for history.
The Actual CD case contains the original HOTTN CD Insert with lyrics, credits, acknowledgements, and "Thank You's". The back cover insert includes credits for "Slipping Away", Light Up The Dark", and Papparazzi", and some special thanks, presumably for the UMG Asia team. Also there is a different photo of Greyson than on the original HOTTN.
Inside the CD/DVD set is an insert where you can get your favorite Greyson Ringtones for your mobile phone.
Lastly, there is a foldout two sided "mini" poster of Greyson, signed "To all my fans in Asia", Greyson Chance. Love you all so much! Thank you for all your support".

8. Hold On 'Til The Night - Behind The Scenes
9. EPK
10. Track By Track
1-4 are obviously the Original Music Videos
5. The Papparazzi video is from the YouTube Headquarters performance, not the Original performance.
6-8 are as described behind the scenes at each video shoot.
9. EPK is a series of clips where Greyson describes his history and background.
10. Track by Track is a series of (sadly too short) clips of Greyson commenting about the first 10 tracks on HOTTN. Too bad they didn't continue his commentary on the remaining tracks.
The REALLY good thing is to finally have all these great Greyson songs in one collection. I would not be surprised to hear that the Asia edition had gone Platinum at some point.
Those fans that are lucky enough to get a copy of this Album should be very happy, and thankful since it is not on sale on this side of the world.
I'm thinking that this would make an excellent contest prize someday soon. Hmmm, what do you guys think?
03/02/2012 UPDATE:
I'll try to post the photos off of Ebay but it might not work.
MONITOR RECORDS $29.99
So, the CD Only batch I purchased from Rendevous Records for $29.75 is the one that came in the resealable plastic.
The batch I purchased over Ebay from Monitor Records for $29.99. includes the CD in traditional, non-re-sealable plastic with the Orange Sticker as shown, along with the Bonus Calander Notebook.
Here is the E Bay Description:
Special Asia edition CD/DVD set, CD includes 6 bonus tracks (instead a sticker showing 7 tracks), DVD offer 10 tracks includes music videos, behind the scenes etc, Packaging done in a slipcase with cardboard sleeve, plus a 98 page calendar memo booklet. Original made by Universal Hong Kong, NEW sealed!
The confusion about the number of Bonus tracks comes from "Running Away" being included as an original track rather than being listed as a Bonus Track. All versions have 17 tracks.
Whether you get the one with the aqua colored sticker, the orange sticker, or the royal blue sticker, the difference between the various calendar versions seems to be the number of blank pages with a watermark picture of Greyson. On the thinner version, not counting the Calendar pages, there were only approximately 35 note pages and the spiral binder is smaller because of fewer pages. On the back of the thinner Calendar Book is pasted an extra back sheet from the CD. The color of the front sticker did not determine whether you would receive the thicker or the thinner version.
Interestingly, both versions contain a photo page that says "For promotional use only. Not for Resale". Perhaps that was on the original poster used to make the picture.
My recommendation is to shop for the best price after you add in shipping costs. Also, unless you are a serious collector of all things Greyson, the calendar booklet is not really worth the extra cost IMHO.
Retiredone has posted the best price I have seen so far (scroll down this thread) and includes FREE SHIPPING! Hopefully he will post a review after he receives his CD.
03/09/2012 UPDATE: As of today, the best price is on Greyson-official.com at $13.98 plus shipping. For my order to Atlanta, Georgia this came out to $14.94 per CD.
